Beekeepers Club of Gwinnett County

If you are interested in finding a mentor or becoming a mentor, please contact us. Beekeeping is a fascinating hobby and we can all benefit and learn from each other through mentoring!

Looking for a mentor?

Let us know if you would like someone to visit your hive or if you only want to talk with an experienced beekeeper.  Be sure to provide us with contact information and your general location so we can get back to you.

Interested in mentoring new beekeepers?

Let us know and we will work with you to get you added to the program as a mentor.

Swarm Removal!

Swarm season is here!

If you see a swarm and would like someone to come remove it, please contact Tommy Bailey at 678-232-5401 for removal of honeybee swarms from your property.

Our next meeting is May 13th.

Virginia Webb will be our speaker.  She will talk about marketing your honey and hive products!  Virginia is always informative and entertaining!

We will also take prepaid orders for the New World Carniolan queens that the club will order.  The raffle sale will also end for a chance to win one of these queens.  You will know at this meeting if you won the new queen!

**Don’t forget that we have a discussion forum on the website – Bee related topics only please.

We always try to have some time for general questions and answers at the meetings.

Hope to see everyone at the meeting!

We also have a facebook page.  Visit it for more discussions and helpful links.!/gwinnettbeekeepers
