Beekeepers Club of Gwinnett County

The Busy Honey Bee season is just around the corner.

This is the time to be learning all you can.

 .

Why join a Beekeeping Club??

.

When you join a club you will meet people with the same interest as you.

.

You will find people who can answer your questions and mentor you.

.

You will get to hear great speakers on a variety of honey bee related topics.  (See a list of our past and upcoming speakers on the speaker tab.)

.

We can point you to valuable resources for equipment and supplies and "how to" help.

 .

Membership is open year round and is only $20 per year per household.  This will be the best bee money you spend on your honey bees!  Please join us on the second Tuesday of each month to learn more about honey bees!  Everyone is welcome, whether you want to become a beekeeper or just want to learn more about them.  Guests are always welcome!

Swarm Removal!

Spring is prime swarm season, but Honey Bees can swarm in the summer and fall also.

If you see a swarm and would like someone to come remove it, please contact Tommy Bailey at 678-232-5401 for removal of honeybee swarms from your property.

August 11, 2015

Bill Owens will be speaking about "Beekeeping Tips and Tricks"

Bill has spoken to us in the past and always provides some good information.  Bill owns gabeeremoval.com and is a Certified Master Craftsman Beekeeper!

We also have a facebook page.  Visit it for more discussions and helpful links.
